Thank you for visiting "The 2008 Parade of Staged Homes".  Last year’s event was a huge success as over HALF of the homes entered in the Parade SOLD!  Out of those homes, 1/2 sold within 30 days, and the others within 3 months.  Now that's a reason to get involved this year!

Below are properties that have been staged by members of The Great Lakes Chapter of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP).  Home Staging is the art of preparing a home for sale so it has broad appeal and WOW factor.  It is the very best proven way to make your home sell faster and for more money!   Regardless of the market, many homes aren’t selling because they just don’t appeal to the majority of the buyers in our market place.  Some of these issues may include vacant homes, dated décor and odd floor plans.  Staging done by an ASP stager can solve these and many more dilemmas.
