Great Lakes Regional International
Association of Home Staging Professionals Chapter membership
consists of current Accredited Staging Professionals in good standing in
southeast Michigan. Since 2006, our local chapter has completed
philanthropic projects totaling over $214,566.00 and raised $16,138.00
to fund our projects. These projects have included: Ronald McDonald
House Charities of Southeast Michigan, Ann Arbor Ronald McDonald House,
Lighthouse of Pontiac and Cortlyn’s Christmas Gift Room Makeover
(Rochester Hills).
The Great Lakes IAHSP® Regional Chapter was founded in 2004 and is
comprised of independent Home Staging businesses, to provide a
professional association for Accredited Staging Professionals in the
State of Michigan. Our goal is to foster growth, unity, and networking
among peers in the Staging community. Members must have an ASPM® or ASP®
designation.
Through our efforts we hope to elevate the professionalism of Home
Staging throughout Michigan promoting the brand and standard of
excellence of our ASP® designation. As ASP® ’s, Accredited Staging
Professionals, and IAHSP® , International Association of Home Staging
Professionals, we assist home-owners, Realtors® investors, and banks in
the art of preparing homes for sale to achieve maximum marketing
exposure for each property.
Staged homes sell quicker than vacant or non-staged homes resulting in
the property owner netting higher profits and reduced carrying costs
from their real estate investment.
Our Vision : IAHSP, the recognized voice of the Home Staging®
Professions, sets the benchmark for excellence in Staging.
Mission : IAHSP is dedicated to advancing the art and education of
professionals who prepare homes for sale.
